(Another) Marathon Tuesday: Week 17

Last week I broke my streak and missed a run… not just any run, it was my long run. To be honest, life just got the better of me and I prioritized other things over running.

Last week:

Monday: Strength Training (legs) + 30min Cycle
Tuesday: 8.5K Recovery Run
Wednesday: Strength Training (arms + core) + 20min Stairmaster
Thursday: Legs + 30min Cycle
Friday: Strength Training (arms + core) + 5K Tempo Run
Saturday: Rest
Sunday: Rest

This week:

Monday: 75min hike, Strength Training (legs) + 30min Cycle
Tuesday: Strength Training (arms + core) + 5K Recovery Run
Wednesday: Strength Training (legs) + 20min Stairmaster
Thursday: 8.5K Recovery Run
Friday: Strength Training (arms + core) + 30min Cycle
Saturday: 28K Long Run
Sunday: Rest
